Wilde Accredited Professional Development Scheme (MPDS) by IMechE

January 7th, 2022

Wilde Analysis is delighted to announce that the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) has accredited our Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS) for a further 3 years.

This scheme is an approved and quality controlled route, and this structured programme has successfully led to many of our graduate engineers becoming Chartered Engineers (CEng).  All our new graduate engineers are encouraged to join the scheme we run which is in line with the competences set out by the Engineering Council’s UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC).

Wilde Analysis is a member of the PDSVISION group of digital engineering companies, with a total of 280 staff. We believe that our growth and success is dependent on having motivated and capable staff, and pride ourselves on the determined and enthusiastic Developing Engineers going through the scheme who are supported by our dedicated and committed Mentors. We wish to recognise the time and effort the Developing Engineers put into their reports and CPD to gain chartership.

All our Mentors are Chartered Engineers as well as some having achieved Fellowship with the IMechE.  Their time and contributions are vital in guiding the Developing Engineers through the MPDS to achieve chartership. Indeed, everyone involved in the scheme and the accreditation visits work extremely hard to ensure the MPDS runs smoothly and efficiently. This not only includes the involvement of Mentors and Developing Engineers but also the Scheme Owner, Scheme Administrator and Line Managers.

As a company we are exceptionally proud of the success of the scheme and believe it is vital to continually enhance the depth and breadth of technical expertise required to provide high quality services and support to our clients.
