Potential Benefits of Finance Options

  • Protect your Current Budget with 100% Finance
You do not need to provide a deposit or security. Therefore the impact on your current budget is minimised. Existing working capital and credit lines are kept free for your other business expenditures.
  • Maximise your ROI while Protecting Cash Flow
You will pay for your analysis solution as you reap the benefits. Therefore the costs can be offset against the return on investment.
  • Benefit from Tax Incentives
You can enjoy significant tax benefits when leasing. The entire capital and interest costs of the investment are allowable against the taxable income of your company.
  • Make Future Budgeting Easier with Fixed Payments
Your payments are fixed for the duration of the agreement and are not affected by changes in interest rates.
  • Provide Continuity in Engineering Analysis Investments
You can ensure that you continue to benefit from the latest developments in FEA, CFD or Reliability Engineering by easily upgrading or expanding your capabilities within your existing finance scheme. This will not necessarily affect your monthly payments.
  • Own your Investment at the End of the Lease
A nominal one-off title payment can be arranged at the end of the lease to avoid a never-ending “peppercorn” rental period.
