Explore concepts and designs instantaneously with ANSYS Discovery Live.

ANSYS Discovery Live provides instantaneous simulation, tightly coupled with direct geometry modelling, to enable interactive design exploration and rapid product innovation.

Please join us for a series of webinars showcasing the capabilities of ANSYS Discovery Live as an interactive experience in which you can manipulate geometry, materials & physics while instantaneously view the updated 3D results.

The webinars are free for existing users (commercial and academic staff) as well as those in the latest possibilities of ANSYS Discovery Live.

Upcoming Webinars

All webinars start at 3pm GMT. Please select date for the topic you are interested in from the enquiry form.

Analysing and Optimising Failed Designs (4th April)

Why do designs fail? Sometimes new tools become available that allow us to gain a better understanding of what happened to an existing design. This presentation will cover analysis of a consumer product that experienced a catastrophic failure in the real world.

Upcoming Webinars
This event is being repeated at several locations for your convenience. All webinars start at 3pm GMT. Please select date(s) you are interested in from the enquiry form.

Defining Multiple Solutions in One Design (7th March)

It may be necessary to use information obtained in one simulation to define another. This presentation will cover how to perform multiple simulations using the same geometry, within a single session of Discovery Live.

Script-Driven Heat Sink Design (21st March)

A design may require a high number of repetitive modifications or features. This presentation will cover creating geometry using the Python script editor. We will review intermediate concepts such as using loops and defining functions.

Analysing and Optimising Failed Designs (4th April)

Why do designs fail? Sometimes new tools become available that allow us to gain a better understanding of what happened to an existing design. This presentation will cover analysis of a consumer product that experienced a catastrophic failure in the real world.
