Structural FEA simulation with ANSYS for offshore, marine and renewable energy applications

Scotland is a hub for the offshore, marine and renewable energy industries with world-class engineering expertise working on a wide variety of projects across the region.

ANSYS is a market-leader in simulation and supports the engineering community with the multi-purpose ANSYS Mechanical FEA simulation software.  Across many applications from lifting equipment, floating or fixed structures, hull-forms, wind-turbine blades and subsea equipment, ANSYS Mechanical provides engineers with the tools to assess stiffness, vibration, impact, durability and acoustic issues for whatever application that they face.

To be updated on the latest capabilities of ANSYS Mechanical as well as our new code-checking partnership with SDC Verifier, please join us on 29th August 2018 for an afternoon seminar featuring:

  • A presentation on the capabilities and applications of the ANSYS Mechanical family of tools relevant to offshore, marine and renewable energy industries
  • Guest presentations
