We are highly experienced with techniques such as FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) and Common Cause Failure analysis. We can identify critical components and their reliability importance measures while determining optimum preventive maintenance intervals and spare parts provisions. System availability analysis enables us calculate uptime and downtime while throughput calculations identify bottleneck and estimate production capacity.
We often commence a project with a RAMS methodology review or Reliability Gap Analysis. If the conclusion is that in-house capabilities require improvement, we can supply the ReliaSoft RAM suite of software tools with mentoring and training.

Within our RAMS capabilities, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis provides a structured framework to analyse the functions and potential failures of assets (from an airplane to a manufacturing production line) with a focus on preserving system functions rather than equipment. RCM can help develop scheduled maintenance plans cost-effectively that will provide an acceptable level of operability with an acceptable level of risk.
Incorporating full FMEA/FMECA capabilities, ReliaSoft RCM++ software offers a comprehensive platform for developing maintenance strategy, including support for ATA iSpec 2200 for commercial aircraft, SAE-JA 1011/1012 and ISO 55000 standard for asset management.
To help acquire and manage reliability, quality, safety and risk management data from multiple locations, we have implemented ReliaSoft-based FRACAS / DRACAS web-based systems within client sites that integrate seamlessly with their RAMS tools.
