Moldex3D and Wilde Analysis Team Up to Provide Face Masks to North West Learning Community
June 10th, 2020
As UK schools strive to meet the challenge of teaching key worker children and enabling more pupils to return, Wilde Analysis has supplied face masks to Tor View Specialist Learning Community, a leading school and college providing outstanding education for children and young adults aged 3-19 with a wide range of special educational needs.
These masks have been sourced and kindly donated by CoreTech System Co., Ltd in Taiwan, developers of Moldex3D plastic injection molding simulation software. Wilde Analysis is a UK channel partner of the Moldex3D product suite.
“Our friends at CoreTech approached us during lockdown to inform us that they were able to acquire a supply of PPE,” explains Brian Miller, a Director at Wilde. “We have a strong relationship with Tor View School and enquired straightaway whether they needed additional face masks as they prepared for more children to be taught on-site”.
Headteacher, Louise Parrish, confirms that ‘access to appropriate PPE is essential as we have high ratios of staff to pupils and our children do not understand social distancing rules. We are hugely appreciate business partners thinking of us at this challenging time and would like to extend our thanks to everyone involved in making this generous donation.’
“We are extremely grateful to CoreTech and Wilde for this donation, which will help our staff and students get back together as safely as possible,” thanked Angela Holdsworth, CEO of the Sea View Trust, incorporating Tor View and other schools in the East Lancashire and Blackpool regions.
