Failure Mode Effect Analysis is most effective when developed by a multi-discipline team that is facilitated by a skilled chairman. It is important that the chairman guides the team through analysis and ensures that effort is focused on achieving workshop objectives.
This 1-day course covers the essential skills required to lead effective FMEA workshops.
Who Should Attend?
Engineers and managers seeking to undertake and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their FMEA processes.
Delegates should already be familiar with FMEAs through experience and/or attending courses such as FMEA Processes | Fundamentals.
The course commences at 9:00am and finishes at approximately 5:00pm.
£525, including lunch and refreshments.
Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
