February 8th, 2016

The 2016 UK DEFORM User Group Meeting took place on 28 January in Manchester. This popular free event brought together existing DEFORM users to share their experiences and learn about current and future developments of the software.

The one-day DEFORM User Group Meeting was organised by Wilde Analysis and included presentations by John Walters (Vice President – SFTC), Jim Miller (Senior Research Scientist – SFTC) and Mickael Capelli (Engineer – Wilde Analysis), as well as those from current DEFORM users.

The presentations from SFTC described current developments and applications on the upcoming DEFORM V11.1 major release. The event was attended by delegates from companies across the UK, their intention being to learn about developments in V11.1, as well as having the opportunity to network with other DEFORM users.
