RENO employs a visual and intuitive flowcharting approach to allow you to build models for analyzing even the most complex probabilistic or deterministic scenarios. The software provides an array of definitions and constructs that will allow you to model the situation that you wish to examine. It also provides built-in auto-complete, IntelliSense, color-coding and “debugger” features that will help you build and verify the model. You can then apply simulation to estimate or optimise the results that you need for risk analysis, complex reliability modeling, maintenance planning, operational research, financial planning or other analysis objectives.

You can use the flowchart models that you create with RENO to estimate results of interest, perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate how key inputs will affect the results and automatically estimate optimum values by performing multiple simulation runs.

The software provides a full array of definitions and constructs required to build flowchart models, including constants, random variables, equation variables, conditional blocks, logic gates, result storage blocks, flag markers and more.

RENO includes an integrated utility to help you validate and “debug” your flowchart models by allowing you to move through each step in the flowchart and watch the values as each definition or construct is executed.

The software provides more than 100 reserved keywords and built-in functions along with intelligent features, such as auto-complete, color-coding and variable preview, to assist with building equations.

RENO allows you to execute/simulate your flowchart models to generate a wide variety of results, including averages, sums, arrays and minimum/maximum values. Results can be displayed during the execution/simulation, in spreadsheets, in the flowchart and/or in plots.

The Sensitivity Analysis feature allows you to vary one or two constants across analyses/simulation runs based on the starting, ending and increment values that you specify. In addition, the software can automatically perform multiple runs to determine the value that minimizes or maximizes a particular result.
