Webinar: Optimisation of a Duel Band Antenna using HFSS and optiSlang

This webinar will show you how the electromagnetic simulation tool HFSS can be used together with the generic optimisation tool optiSlang to design a dual band antenna.   After a short introduction to HFSS, we will explain the methodology used in optiSlang to automatically find the best values for different parameters for the antenna.

Designing dual band antennas requires to find a structure that has resonances at both frequencies.  Beside finding the right values for the geometric parameters there will be some discussion on how sensitivity analysis can be used to estimate the production yield of this antenna.
