How to Find Us

Our offices are located:

  • By Car: a short drive from the M60 motorway.
  • By Train: within 10 minutes walking distance from Stockport station
  • By Plane: typically a 15 minute taxi drive from Manchester Airport

Visitor Parking and Reception

There is a small private parking area reserved for visitors to the Wilde Group. This is situated on the left hand side of Adcroft Street a short distance before Brindley Lodge. Alternatively on-street parking is available locally.

On arrival at our offices please report to reception at the main entrance of the building where you will be welcomed and issued with a visitor pass.

From M60 the motorway network (clockwise and anticlockwise)

  • Exit the M60 at Junction 27 – Stockport East
  • At the roundabout, follow A626 St Mary’s Way (signposted Marple)
  • Continue straight along St Mary’s Way through Three traffic signal junctions
  • At the Fourth traffic signal junction turn left onto Higher Hillgate
  • Turn off Higher Hillgate into Adcroft Street (second road on the left)
    As you turn onto Adcroft Street you will see Brindley Lodge straight ahead with our visitor car parking spaces a short distance before the building on the left side.

From the A6 (travelling north towards Manchester)

In this direction, you will arrive at our offfices prior to reaching Stockport town centre.

  • Progress through Hazel Grove centre towards Stockport
  • At the traffic signal junction turn right off the A6 onto Longshut Lane (you will see St Christopher House on the right immediately before this junction)
  • Continue along Longshut Lane and take a right onto Higher Hillgate at the first traffic signal junction
  • Continue a short distance along Higher Hillgate taking the second right down Adcroft Street

As you turn onto Adcroft Street you will see Brindley Lodge straight ahead with our visitor car parking spaces a short distance before the building on the left side.

From the A6 (travelling south towards Hazel Grove)

In this direction you will arrive at our offices shortly after passing thorough Stockport town centre.

  • Progress through Stockport town centre towards Hazel Grove / Buxton
  • At the traffic signal junction turn left off the A6 onto Longshut Lane
  • Continue along Longshut Lane and take a right onto Higher Hillgate at the first traffic signal junction
  • Continue a short distance along Higher Hillgate taking the second right down Adcroft Street

As you turn onto Adcroft Street you will see Brindley Lodge straight ahead with our visitor car parking spaces a short distance before the building on the left side.

From Manchester International Airport

  • Join the M56 motorway travelling East towards Manchester
  • Follow signs for M60 towards Stockport
  • Exit the M60 at Junction 27 – Stockport East
  • At the roundabout, follow A626 St Mary’s Way (signposted Marple)
  • Continue straight along St Mary’s Way through Three traffic signal junctions
  • At the Fourth traffic signal junction turn left onto Higher Hillgate
  • Turn off Higher Hillgate into Adcroft Street (second road on the left)

As you turn onto Adcroft Street you will see Brindley Lodge straight ahead with our visitor car parking spaces a short distance before the building on the left side.

From Stockport train station

  • Exit the station at the Stockport side (turn right at bottom of stairs after leaving the platforms)
  • You are now facing Station Road. Head right towards a mini roundabout
  • Turn left at the mini roundabout and head towards the traffic signal junction
  • You now facing Wellington Road South (A6) with Stockport Town Hall opposite
  • Turn right and continue along Wellington Road South (up the hill)
  • After a 5-10 minute walk at the second traffic signal junction, take a left onto Longshut Lane
  • Continue along Longshut Lane and take a right onto Higher Hillgate at the first traffic signal junction
  • Continue a short distance along Higher Hillgate taking the second left down Adcroft Street

As you turn onto Adcroft Street you will see Brindley Lodge straight ahead.

How to Make Support Faster!

  • When requesting product support, please assist our staff by indicating the software you are using e.g. ANSYS, Reliasoft, DEFORM etc.
  • Please provide as many details as possible when describing the problems you are encountering to enable us to diagnose them quickly. In many instances it is also helpful for you to send the input file used for the analysis. Typical information required includes:
    • The platform on which the software is being run
    • The version of software being used
    • Any error message(s) you may be receiving
