Through our own experience of recruiting high quality staff in advanced engineering disciplines over the past 30 years, we can help scope job descriptions and post applications on relevant websites, including our own Careers site, to attract and identify talented engineers.
To qualify a candidate’s work experience and skills, one of our senior engineers or directors can assist with your screening and interview processes.
Following recruitment, we can continue to support your new engineers through dedicated training programmes and mentoring. As a provider of IMechE’s Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS), we can offer a formal external mentor to help them become Chartered if you do not have the time or availability in-house.
We can place suitably experienced and qualified engineers at your offices when requiring additional skills on specific projects or to overcome capacity bottlenecks – from a few days to over a year. Our engineers can use your own in-house software or we can supply additional software licenses and hardware for the period of the secondment. If you do not have any staff available to monitor the progress and peer review the work of our engineers, our senior managers can also look after this vital aspect of delivering accurate, cost-effective analysis services.
