Cyber Security and Data Protection

We undertake to protect the security of our client and staff data with the utmost care and diligence. This includes protection against any cyber threats. Cyber-security training is undertaken during the induction of all new employees.

Cyber Security

Our systems are certified to Cyber Essential Plus, the UK government-backed industry supported scheme that demonstrates the level of protection taken against cyber-attacks.

The Cyber Essentials scheme has been developed by Government and industry to fulfil two functions. It provides a clear statement of the basic controls all organisations should implement to mitigate the risk from common internet-based threats. and through the Assurance Framework, it offers a mechanism for organisations to demonstrate to clients and others that they have taken these essential precautions.

To achieve Cyber Essentials Plus,  independent testing by an external auditor is undertaken to determine that our controls are implemented collectively to minimise the threats from hacking and phishing.

Please contact us to discuss any aspect of our security controls.

Data Protection

We recognise that it is imperative that such information of individuals or “Data Subjects” is handled lawfully and appropriately in line with the requirements of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the latest UK Data Protection Act 2018.

We have robust policies and procedures in place for both regulatory and ethical reasons to ensure that all our staff take their data protection duties seriously and respect the trust that is being placed on us by Data Subjects to use their personal information appropriately and responsibly. This includes full Data Protection training during the induction of all new employees.
